Acupuncturists Harriet Beinfield and Efrem Korngold have been pioneers in the practice of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine therapy since the early 1970s.

Often patients with more difficult problems are referred to the Acupuncture Clinic because of Efrem and Harriet's experience in treating people with a host of conditions.

Chinese Medicine Works also has an herbal medicine pharmacy serving people who walk in off the street in search of Chinese herbal remedies and nutritional supplements. Our Acupuncture Clinic stocks all of Harriet and Efrem's own Chinese herbal formulas: Chinese Modular Solutions, Sage Solutions, and the pediatric herbal remedies Gentle Warriors.
